Today, on World Health Day, actress Mahira Sharma who's known for her hit television shows like Naagin and Kundali Bhagya, opens up about how mental health is as important as physical health.

She says, "A lot of people overlook the importance of mental health, but according to me, both mental and physical health goes hand in hand. While working out and keeping oneself active is absolutely important to keep our body healthy, keeping our mind healthy and positive is so, so important." The actress says that along with working out, it's also important to eat a clean diet. She says, "I ensure that I have a glass of citrus fruit juice every morning, and I keep myself hydrated with detox water throughout the day. I also make sure that I eat as healthy as possible and include a lot of greens in my diet."
